WHO IS THE MAN BEHIND THE MASK?
Noah Parish is a born and raised artist hailing from the southeastern side of Pennsylvania, United States. Growing up surrounded by trees, cornfields, and Amish buggies, Noah had to learn to navigate an environment not particularly keen on the arts. Participating in local fairs and art shows proved to be very difficult for him due to the nature of his work not fitting in with the general demand. It was not until he went to get a higher education at an art school did his artwork really start to make a mark.
Noah’s art, like many others, serves as a therapeutic method as well as an expressive outlet for him. Often, Noah's art displays personifications of his own struggles, thoughts, and feelings while simultaneously creating a visual commentary on the topics he is targeting. Some topics he likes to focus on often are hypocrisy, “the other," commentaries on the stagnation of society, or anything else he finds interesting. He does this through a mix of expressive styles, colors, and graphic imagery in his acrylic paintings, sculptures, and mixed media works.
